I consent for photographs and/or video images to be taken of me by Hellenic Boston Businesses United or a representative. I authorize Hellenic Boston Businesses United the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures, video, and/or audio taken of me to be used in any promotional materials including, but not limited to, newletters, flyers, brochures, advertisements, press kits, websites, social networking sites and other print or digital communications without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or later discovered.

By consenting to photographs and/or video images I understand I will not be compensated from any party. I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and agree that use of any photographs and/or video images confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

Although photographs, and/or video images will be used without identifying information such as name, I understand it is possible someone may recognize me.

I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears, including written or electronic copy.

I authorize the use of photographs and/or video images.
