General Terms

The Federation of Hellenic Societies of Greater New York (FHSGNY) hereby agrees to publish the advertisment provided for the rate selected, subject to the conditions hereafter:

  1. It is the responsbility of the Advertiser/Sponsor to proviude FHSGNY with all camera-ready artwork necessary (PDF, JPG, PNG format) for the placement of the requested advertisment.
  2. All material must be received by the deadline provided by FHSGNY. In the event that instructgions are not received by FHSGNY on time, the Advertiser authorizes FHSGNY to repeat the last advertisement publushed.
  3. Electronic submissions by email are strongly prefered and encouraged. Please send to [email protected] with the subject: "Jounral ad + (name of Advertiser/company/organization)".
  4. An additonal charge of $25 will be added to the total cost of each photo, drawing or scan necessary.
