Refund Policy

Refunds within 30 days of the Convention will not be accepted. Under extreme circumstances and with review by the NHSA Executive Board, a refund may be issued in the form of a credit less a processing fee associated with the cost incurred by NHSA at the time of the refund. All LiveMazi processing fees are nonrefundable.

Age Restriction

All participants must be at least 18 years old, unless otherwise approved by the NHSA Executive Board. All social events follow the drink age restrictions of the country or provinces the Convention is taking place, except in situations where it has been otherwise communicated.

Miscellaneous Policies
NHSA (including those approved by NHSA) have permission to photograph, film, or audio record me while participating at the Convention for the promotional and educational purposes of NHSA.
